907 - Protected Species Act

907 (a) - No person shall intentionally hunt or kill any of the following animals outside self defense:

  • Wolves of any type

  • Mountain Lions

  • Owls

  • Falcons

  • Eagles

  • Condors

  • Vultures

907 (b) - If a person unintentionally kills any animal listed in subsection (a), they must notify a Conservation Officer or Game Warden immediately.

Misdemeanor

Sentence: 120 Seconds

Fine: $7500
