716 - Urination or Defecation in Public
It is illegal for any person to urinate or defecate:
(1) - On any public property including streets, highways, sidewalks, parking lots, or other public areas and structures such as fountains, road verges, alleyways, etc..
(2) - On any private property while in plain view of the public.
(3) - On any private property which is not theirs, even if hidden-from-view, except when using a restroom.
EXCEPTIONS: Persons shall be permitted for persons to urinate or defecate on public lands so long as it:
Is out of public view.
Is not a Beach or Municipal Park.
Is in an area of nature, including woody vegetation, shrubbery, or bushes.
For example: A person may urinate or defecate out of public view in the shrubbed-area to the side of a rural highway. A person may urinate or defecate out of public view in the brush of a hiking trial or forest/camp area.
