709 - Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Sell

709 (a) - No person shall be outside of their or another person's domicile in possession of >2 oz. of any controlled substance. Possessing >2 oz. of a controlled substance has been deemed beyond personal use. Exceptions are Law Enforcement and Federal officers transporting the substance to a storage location for evidence or destruction, Medical employees storing substances at a hospital or transferring items between hospitals.

709 (b) - No person shall possess at any time:

(1) - An aggregate weight of a compound or mixture containing a controlled substance involved that is at least 10 oz in weight.;

(2) A maximum of 2 adult plants and 3 juvenile plants per person in a place of residence, or a business without a license to distribute.
