336 - Operating Without a Helmet

All riders of a Bike, Bicycle, Motorcycle, or Moped must wear a Helmet while on a public roadway.

If any accident occurs which results in injury, the other involved party shall not be mandated to cover medical fees if found not a Fault in a collision where the rider did not have a helmet.
