F1-09 - Misuse of Government Resources

Whoever provided with a Government Resource to facilitate the completion of their duties goes beyond its intended use for personal gain or value.

For the purpose of this code "Government Resources" are defined as any property, office, position or knowledge assigned or available to an individual.
