110 - Identity Theft

No person shall utilize the identity of another person for their own personal gain, to escape justice, or to blame another person for acts they did not commit. Under this statute this includes using anther persons Social Security Number, Name, State or Federally issued ID, or any other form of identification specific to a single person.
