F3-05 - Smuggling

(1) - Whoever engages in the transportation or harboring of another human by attempting to conceal or hide their entry into the United States.

(2) - Whoever engages in the transportation or harboring of any weapon, firearm, ammunition, explosive, drug, controlled substance, narcotic, tobacco, alcohol, or physical currency of over $10,000 (or foreign equivalent) into the United States except for items on this list which are legal to possess and are declared for inspection before entry.
