328 - Refusal to take a Sobriety Test

Any driver of a motor vehicle who denies a Standardized Field Sobriety Test (SFST) will be guilty of a misdemeanor and will be taken to a hospital for a blood draw for check of the driver's Blood Alcohol Content (BAC).
