1104 - Arson
1104(a) - 1st Degree Arson The willful and malicious burning or charring of property or persons. A person is guilty of 1st Degree Arson when he or she willfully and maliciously sets fire to or burns or causes to be burned or who aids, counsels, or procures the burning of, any structure, forest land, or property.
