303 - Illegal Passing

No vehicle shall:

Pass another motor vehicle on/over/through a shoulder, intersection, median, or solid line.;

Interfere with the safe operation of any approaching vehicle from the opposite direction.;

Overtake more than two other motorists when safe to do so.; or

Overtake or pass a stationary/stopped school bus which is displaying solid or flashing red lights, an extended stop-sign, and flashing orange/amber lights. Exception: On divided roadways that have a physical median, traffic on the opposite side from the bus does not need to stop.
