Whoever by any means, digital or physical gains access to a system they do not have any permission to access with the intent to Copy, transfer, delete, hide, alter, damage/destroy, or encrypt/lock any files, controls, and communications, or Intercept, duplicate, or prevent delivery of data traffic to, from, or between systems.
