F3-06 - Human Trafficking

Whoever illegally transports individuals around the state, either from county to county ,from one state to another or from one country to another. Any of the following criteria must be met;

(1) - The individuals being smuggled are illegal aliens of the US,

(2) - The individuals being smuggled are being smuggled for the sole purpose to be used in illegal activities,

(3) - The individuals being smuggled are to be used in explicit sexual ways,

(4) - The individuals being smuggled are to be used in forced labor.

Sentence: 900 Seconds

Fine: $50,000
