F3-03 - Harboring an Illegal Resident

(1) - Whoever intentionally and willfully hides the whereabouts of, attempts to prevent the discovery of, or knowingly misleads law enforcement searching for an illegal or unauthorized resident.

(2) - Whoever knowingly provides employment, living quarters / housing, transportation, a vehicle, or false identification information to an illegal or unauthorized resident.
