115 - Failure to Obey Signage

When on public property or an implicitly public area, persons must obey posted regulatory signs and signals.

Sentence: None

Fine: If a penalty is listed on the signage, that penalty shall be assigned. If no set fine is posted a fine of $100 shall be assessed.
