905 - Daily Game Limit

905 (a) - Fish

No person shall exceed a game limit of 12 fish per 24-hour period of any type or length. This does not include released catches, commonly called "Catch and release".

905 (b) - Mammals

No person shall exceed a game limit of:

• 1 deer in a 48-hour period.

• 5 squirrels in a 24-hour period.

• 2 river otters in a 48-hour period.

905 (c) - Birds

No person shall exceed a game limit of:

• 2 birds not listed anywhere else in this code in a 24-hour period.

• 1 Turkey in a 48-hour period.

905 (d) - No Game Limit

Only the animals listed within this section have no daily game limit:

• Beavers,

• Minks,

• Muskrats,

• Weasels,

• Foxes,

• Opossums,

• Skunks,

• Raccoons,

• Rabbits,

• Wild Pigs "Hogs"

For the purpose of this section the time periods referenced are in IRL time.

Excessive amount confiscated
