103 - Harassment

103 (a) - 1st Degree Harassment

A Person commits harassment of the first degree when they intentionally / repeatedly harass another person by following such person in or about a public place or places or by repeatedly committing acts which causes such person to reasonably fear for their physical safety.

103 (b) - 2nd Degree Harassment

A person commits harrassment of the second degree by intimidating or pressuring another person aggressively with unwelcome words, deeds, actions, or gestures.
