132 - Fleeing The Scene Of A Crime

No person shall willfully, and intentionally leave the scene after committing a crime.

Misdemeanor

Sentence: 200 Seconds

Fine: $1000

If the Offender has been detained by LEO on scene and then Flees, they shall be charged with: Evading or Resisting.
