814 - Discharge of a Firearm towards a Moving Vehicle or Dwelling
It shall be illegal for a person to fire a weapon in a manner that is toward a roadway, moving vehicle or dwelling without a true backstop to stop the bullets fired.
For this statue the definition of a "True Backstop" is defined as:
"a natural or artificial barrier so that the ball, bullet or arrow cannot travel more than 15 yards beyond the target aimed at, after making due allowance for deflection in any direction not to exceed an angle of 45 degrees."
