1102 - Selling Improper/Illegitimate Fire Prevention Resources

It shall be illegal, for any person to sell fire prevention devices that are expired, nonfunctional or counterfeit.

Sentence: 30 Seconds

Fine: $2500

If property is lost in a fire due to the use of the items listed in this section the total amount of the damages will also be assesed in the fine.
