809 - Illegal Display of Weapons or Equipment

No person in public may;

(1) - Openly carry a firearm, or object that reasonably appears to be a firearm, other than a handgun properly secured as per State Crime Code Definition of Open Carry unless operating in an offical capacity as a certified armed security guard or law enforcement offical.

(2) - Wear a visible bullet proof vest, visible ballistic vest, or ballistic helmet, or vest or helmet that reasonably appears to be a bulletproof/ballistic vest/helmet.
