813 - Possession of a Weapon during the Commission or Attempted Commission of a Felony

It shall be illegal for any person to be in possession of a weapon during any of the following:

(1) - The commission of a felony;

(2) - The attempted commission of a felony;

(3) - The conspiring or act of planning a felony.
