F1-15 - Attempted Bank Robbery
(1) - Whoever shows clear deliberation and attempt, of willingly trying to steal assets, from any bank insured by the FDIC. Subject/s may be unsuccessful at stealing goods from the bank, however show their intent to try and steal from the bank.
(2) - Whoever takes a clear and definite step to stealing assets from a financial institution. This consisting of but not limited to:
Purchasing items and equipment with intent to steal from a financial institution.
Laying out or creating plans on the act of stealing from a financial institution.
Probing the security systems of a financial institution.
