126- Capital Murder

A person commits a felony by murdering any law enforcement officer, military personnel or Federal Agent. Should any person murder a law enforcement officer, military personnel or Federal Agent they shall be charged with Capital Murder. The charge of Capital murder is an automatic life sentence, with no opportunity for bail or release.
