107 - Forgery

A person commits a felony by possessing or creating false documents including, but not limited to, ID cards, license plates, passports, etc. Forgery also includes persons who they falsify the signature of another person, fraudulently alter documents (ex. contracts), alter notarized documents, or falsify a notarization.

Sentence: 60 Seconds

Fine: $5,000

This offence is a wobbler charge. This means that it may be either a Federal Charge or a Regular Charge depending on the nature of the forged document.
