128 - Aiding/Providing Toward Attempted Suicide

A person commits this offence if they, with intent to promote or assist the commission of suicide by another, they aid or attempt to aid the other to commit or attempt to commit suicide. In this instance, the subject must not fatally succumb to any wounds, or shouldn’t have any long term effects of the attempt.
