No person shall unlawfully take Federal government property worth more than $1,000. Federal government property is any property owned by the United States Federal government and its agencies to include but not limited to:

• Department of Defense

• Department of Justice

• Department of Tresury

• Department of Homeland Security

• Department of Commerce
