No person shall be found to be in possession of a firearm, weapon, or explosive, regardless of past criminal record or license to carry, while within the property of:

• Airports

• Banks

• Court Houses

• Military Property: Fort Zancudo & Naval Dockyards

• FBI & IAA Building

• Capitol Building

Fine: 250

This offence is a wobbler charge. This means that it may be either a Federal Charge or a Regular Charge depending on the nature of the victim.
