No vehicle shall have an obstructed, covered, and unaltered VIN number.

240 (b) - Altered VIN

All vehicles shall have the VIN originally placed on them from the factory (in the case of kit cars they will be the ones issued to them by the state). Altering is defined as VINs that are scratched off, changed, or removed entirely. Any vehicle found to have an altered VIN of any form will be impounded and destroyed. (Vehicle gets impounded)
