No person shall willfully tamper with the discovery, apprehension, conviction or punishment of a crime or criminal after a crime has been committed or charged.

OR

Willfully and knowingly hindering or obstructing any properly identifiable law enforcement officer during the discharge of their official duties.

OR

Willfully and knowingly hinder or obstruct any properly identifiable EMT, paramedic, firefighter, or any properly identified person working under the direction of an emergency medical professional during the discharge of their official duties.
