418 - Unlawful Conduct During a State of Emergency

No person shall during a declared state of emergency violate any lawful executive orders issued by the Governor of San Andreas for the purpose of keeping public order and safety. These orders may include one or a combination of the following:

(i) - No person shall be out at specific hours during which they will not remain in or travel through public spaces, streets, highways, or other areas designated without proper authorization or lawful purpose. (generally called a Curfew)

(ii) - No person shall gain entry to any designated zones, districts, buildings, or infrastructure deemed unsafe or critical to emergency management operations, including but not limited to disaster zones, government facilities, or high-risk locations.

(iii) - Any residents or occupants must vacate specified areas due to imminent threats to life or health, including natural disasters, civil disturbances, hazardous material incidents, or other emergencies.

(iv) - No person shall conduct designated forms of public behavior, including large gatherings, protests, commercial operations, recreational activities, and other conduct that may interfere with emergency services, create additional hazards, or otherwise compromise public safety.
