805 - Illegal Sale of Weapon

(1) - No person shall sell any illegal class of weapon as defined in 807 - Possession of an Illegal Weapon code.

(2) - No person shall sell a firearm to another privately without a background check done at a registered gun retailer.

(3) - No person who is not permitted or is restricted from purchasing a firearm shall attempt to purchase a firearm.

(4) - No person shall knowingly sell or attempt to purchase a firearm that has been illegally modified.
